Redemption and Currency Limitations
CompTIA Store credit is currency specific. Credit can only be redeemed toward purchases in the CompTIA Store in the currency it is purchased and is not transferable to other CompTIA Stores. Credit will only be available once payment has been confirmed.
Limitations
After 12 months of inactivity, the available funds will be remitted back to purchaser less a 10% processing fee. With each purchase or use, the period of inactivity will restart.
